Forum Scheduled Maintenance

Here is a breakdown of scheduled maintenance so everyone knows what to expect in the future:

Daily:
None: Attend to user problems and requests.

Weekly:
General Maintenance: Optimize forum software, and update counters.
Forum Backup: Sync forum root on local hard drive
MySQL Backup: Download backup from HostGator to local machine.

Monthly: (Last Saturday of each Month)
New content created and uploaded. (Avatars, Smilies, Etc.)
New skins/themes created and added.
New software/plugins installed (As needed).

Quarterly: (Last Saturday of March, June, September, & December)
Forum Sofware Updates. (Security Patches, Update to new revisions)

Annually: (Forum Anniversary)
Forum Software Updates.

That is the schedule. This means that there may be weekends where the forum may be down for a short amount of time.
