New Engine at 70,000 miles, paid for by the Ford Extended Warranty. Had Ford of North Scottsdale look at a coolant leak, which these 4.6's are known for NEVER having - While installing a new Water pump, the tech cracked the block (Or so they say). Anyway, new engine from oil pan to intake was the result, and I'll probably Never get rid of this now.
Transmission started shifting strangely and getting stuck in limp mode after changing out fluid at 100k. (3rd time) Replaced solenoid pack with the Rev E version with new, deep cut fluid channels. Shifts like brand new again! Figured thats good info for anyone with a 5R55W in many Fords.
