Welcome! I work in Operations at Palo Verde also. You going to be in the new class starting up in March?

I should also mention a buddy just bought a 4200 square foot house in Tartesso(in Buckeye), for $170k.

FUck Tartesso... of course you probably wont be robbed blind in Tart either... Buckeye is pretty weird right now for property crimes with so many abandoned homes crime has shot threw the roof..
I work Security out at PV.... Getting quite the club out here... lol

I am thinking about settling in Verrado near the center of the development. I am going to work in Plant Engineering at PV. Is the March class SRO or RO? Where do you work in Ops Jon?

The March class is everybody as its general fundamentals. After that the RO's and SRO's start their own systems training and the AO's do theirs. I just started a couple of years ago, so I'm still an AO. Hoping to get into the next RO class. Verrado has some decent prices also. Another friend bought a mid 2000 square foot house for $220 last month. Definitely more classy than Tartesso.

Some other good areas are north of the I10 like Goodyear and surprise... A little more traffic but closer to everything else.. Just depends. Currently just working outages in EMS shop at PV.

For you Pandora:
Anyway back to the thread. Buckeye is far as hell from the Eastside which is where all the get togethers are worth going to. On the plus side I hear all the new schools in buckeye are cool looking and will never flood.

My parents live near Dysart and the I10, and I went to high school there. It's a nice area, well, north of the freeway at least.
